Description:

The MJ Research PTC 225 is a high throughput PCR DNA engine. The polymerase  chain reaction (PCR) is a biotechnology process that amplifies a single piece of DNA across several orders of magnitude, generating thousands to  millions of copies for that specific DNA sequence.
The MJ Research PTC-225 is one of the most desired thermal cycling systems on  the market to date. This robust PCR has the ability to run four blocks simultaneously. This system is ideally suited for labs with in high throughput  PCR applications. The MJ Research Tetrad is equipped with the "hot swappable" block feature. Gradient compatible base.

Thermal Range: -5° to 105°C but no more than 30°C below ambient
Thermal Accuracy: +/- 0.4°C well-to-well within 30 seconds of arrival at 90°c
