The Cytiva ÄKTA Pure 150 M (S/N: 2836156, manufactured 11/2021) is a versatile FPLC protein purification system equipped with a wide range of high-performance valves and sensors, including the V9H-IS, V9H-Cs Column Valve, V9H-Inj Injector Valve, V9H-O Outlet Valve (10 outlets), V9H-pH pH Valve and V9H-IAB Inlet Valve AB.

The system features precise pressure monitoring, a powerful C9 conductivity measurement and a U9-M variable detector (U9D). The M9 mixing unit ensures precise gradient control, while the P9H A and P9H B system pumps (150 ml/min) provide reliable flow control.

The device is supplied with an F9-R fraction collector (S/N: 2824980, year of manufacture 10/2021) and an S9H sample pump (S/N: 2825473, year of manufacture 11/2021). A computer with pre-installed UNICORN software is also included.
