The Keysight Technologies MSOX2024A oscilloscope is a mixed-signal oscilloscope with four analogue and eight digital channels and 200MHz bandwidth. This oscilloscope offers 1Mpts of memory and the eight digital channels have a sampling rate of 1GSa/s with a switching rate of 50MHz. The MSOX2024A oscilloscope performs 23 automatic measurements, such as voltage, time and frequency, as well as five waveform functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and FFT. This oscilloscope has an 8.5-inch LCD display with 64 brightness levels, which offers 50% more display area and 3.5 times higher resolution (WVGA 800x480).
The MSOX2024A oscilloscope is equipped with MegaZoom-IV custom ASIC technology, which offers a speed of up to 50,000 Wfms/s to view the signal in detail and rare anomalies. This oscilloscope is available with optional upgrades such as bandwidth, measurement applications, protocol analyser (software), integrated 20 MHz WaveGen function generator, digital voltmeter and serial protocol triggering and decoding. The MSOX2024A oscilloscopes are part of the InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series.
