Description:

The Kinematica Megatron MT-FM3 in combination with the Reactron RT1 reactor is a professional high performance dispersing system for continuous emulsification and mixing processes in laboratory, pilot or production environments.

The Megatron MT-FM3 is an inline high-speed disperser with rotor-stator principle. It enables the efficient processing of liquid-liquid and liquid-solid systems with high shear effect, uniform particle distribution and reproducible quality.

The connected Reactron RT1 is a temperature-controlled stainless steel reactor specially developed for dispersion processes with exact process control. The combination allows simultaneous dispersion, reaction, homogenization and heat control - ideal for demanding applications in chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food technology.
