The Leica DMI3000 B is a professional inverted fluorescence microscope for demanding applications in cell biology, molecular biology, oncology and pharmaceutical research. It is designed for the observation of living cells, cell cultures and fluorescently labeled specimens and delivers brilliant, high-contrast images in transmitted light and fluorescence.

Equipped with high-quality objectives (2.5× / 5× / 10× / 20× / 40×), as well as GR and N2.1 filter cubes for common fluorescent dyes (e.g. GFP, DAPI, Rhodamine), the system enables versatile applications in the field of fluorescence and phase contrast microscopy.

The motorized or manual operation (depending on the model) and the ergonomically arranged control elements ensure comfortable working - even during longer microscopy sessions. The modular design also allows the integration of camera systems, temperature modules or micromanipulators.
