The device is ideal for homogenization, cell breakdown, lysis and extraction of DNA, RNA, proteins or metabolites from almost any sample type - including plant, animal, bacterial and yeast cells.

With space for 24 2 ml sample tubes, the FastPrep-24TM 5G enables standardized, reproducible and time-saving sample processing - ideal for molecular biological, microbiological and clinical applications.

Operation is via a user-friendly touch panel with recordable protocols and precise control of speed and run time.
