The MT20 light source combines a xenon lamp with a monochromator and a fast shutter system (U_FFWO) for precise, reproducible excitation in multi-channel experiments. Included are six excitation filters, the complete Olympus cell^R and xcellence imaging software, and the ScanR software with USB dongle – everything needed for automated, quantitative fluorescence microscopy.
