Description:

Constant Cell Disruption Systems are based on the use of high pressure to force a sample through a small fixed orifice at high speed under controlled, contained and repeatable conditions. TS Series Continuous Flow Model 0.75kW processes 40-115mls per minute (dependent on pressure) and is deal for samples between 20mls to 200mls. It incorporates a unique disruption head, precise hydraulic operating and control system with an automatically supplied, continuous flow Cell Disrupter. As the high pressure piston descends, sample is introduced into the high pressure cylinder. The high pressure piston then accelerates the sample through the fixed orifice at high velocity. The controlled acceleration causes the cells to rupture.
